2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) after payment confirmation.
3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Standard Shipping (US): 5–10 business days after dispatch.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping cost depends on selected method, destination, weight and/or volume of the order. All fees will be shown at checkout.
5. Tracking & Delivery
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number (when available). Please ensure your shipping address is correct; we are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect data.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipping (if applicable), any customs duties or taxes are your responsibility.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days at support@covaro.shop or call (510) 890-4969. We will assist with carrier claims. Please retain packaging and photos of damage.
8. Returns to Sender
Packages returned to us due to incorrect address, unclaimed parcel or refusal will incur an additional reshipment fee.
