Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility
You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return. Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging with all tags intact. Some items may be excluded (customized goods, perishable items) — if so, this will be stated at the time of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at support@covaro.shop or call (510) 890-4969 with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide instructions and return address.

Ship the item back at your expense unless we instruct otherwise.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank to process.
4. Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange, please note this in your return request. Exchange processing time may vary.
5. Shipping on Returns
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong size, defective item).
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned: customized/engraved items, discounted or final-sale items, opened hygiene products, or any product clearly marked non-returnable at purchase.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account, then contact us at support@covaro.shop.
8. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped we may cancel and refund; if it has shipped standard return policy applies.
